A community points system Reddit could use (but probably won't)

Now that Reddit gold, coins, rewards are going away people are speculating about what will replace them. Moons site-wide? Individual tokens for each sub? Neither of those options sound great. So here's what I propose:

You create a single Reddit crypto, let's call it SNOO. Then each sub gets their own community crypto like MOONS, BRICKS, etc. Reddit would then build an exchange where these community cryptos can be turns into SNOO. Only SNOO can be sent off site and traded.

That way there can be a Reddit token on external exchanges that we can all benefit from the value of, without there having to be separate listings for MOONS, BRICKS, TENDIES, FEETS, etc etc.

Because of the change to TOS allowing MOONS to be traded it seems unlikely this will happen, as it would have been easier to keep all the community-specific tokens on Reddit and only allowed SNOO to be traded.

Anyway, that was my thought. Please proceed to tell me I am an idiot for various reasons.
