Can anyone take the “anti-crypto Army“ seriously with statements comparing Crypto to cocaine and saying that they are allowed to print trillions of dollars our of thing air, but we not?

Just about one month ago there were some reports going around of Elizabeth Warren trying to build a so-called “anti-crypto army“ to “politicalize“ Crypto and probably introduce very strict regulatory frameworks. Back then people actually still took it pretty seriously and were afraid of too strict regulations of Crypto.

Now we may have seen the first glimpse of that “army“ and it is just as we all would have imagined 90 year old politicians yelling at something they do not understand.

We all have read the fabulous quotes by democrat Brad Sherman a few days ago saying the following:

“Crypto bros made over a trillion dollars out of thin air. They will accuse the US government of making money out of thin air. Maybe we do, but we are the US Government“

Mr. Sherman, talking to us as “Crypto bros“ does not make you any cooler or to just admit during a Congress Hearing that the US government is indeed printing out of thin air.

More than that, here he also compares Crypto to Cocaine and organ harvesting, with the organic side-punch at China for no reason whatsoever. This comparison just shows that Warren‘s anti-crypto army does not know what Crypto even is and is just damaging themselves and their government with such statements.
