Coinglass showing an additional 700k Bitcoin on exchanges compared to a month ago. Are they fabricating data or no?

Does anyone have any clue why coinglass is showing this large an increase of BTC on exchanges? Previously it was sitting around 1.77 million but now suddenly it is up to 2.5 million. And there is no history on their chart of the balance being 1.7m ever.

Meanwhile today if you look at the coinglass chart (https://www.coinglass.com/Balance) it never shows the balance as that low. Something smells fishy but if I'm missing something please enlighten me
