El Salvador BTC project from a Salvadoran: What Happened with Bitcoin City?

I saw many people discussing about the Bitcoin project in El Salvador, something we should see it as a whole.

One of the main promises from the president Bukele once the government Launched the Bitcoin -Chivo Wallet Project was the development of Bitcoin City, which never existed.
This was one of the many promises that people feel that everything is just fake.

In The article we can see as I mentioned yesterday basically anything related to BTC is confidential.
At the beginning of the project there was a proposed bond of USD 10 Billion which it was supposed 50% for the develpment of Bitcoin City and 50% to buy Bitcoin, which there is no transparency at all.
