Hold, sell or swap? - An analysis from Coinbase Learn and Earn.

Since 2021, I have received rewards from Coinbase from their Learn and Earn program. I was wondering today what has been the best strategy now in the past regarding these rewards.
(It is limited to rewards on Coinbase app, not in the wallet)

Is it best to keep them? Sell them? Or just swap to Bitcoin?

In total, I have gotten about 105$ in rewards already from Coinbase. Had I kept the coins my wallet would only be worth 36.7$ now. Swapping to BTC during the 2021 bullrun also proved not to be the best method, as here my portfolio would only be worth 78$ today.

Of course, the past is not always the best predictor for the future, but I think we can say with certainty that in the future it is best to just swap your Coinbase rewards to something else.

Apart from this conclusion, I do find the table interesting to see, striking how many coins have practically disappeared completely.
