How do YOU use DeFi?

Now that I have accumulated a microscopic bag of a mix of BTC, ETH, and ADA, I’d like to keep on learning! Learning about blockchain technology has been super interesting. Now that I’m buying and staking (and using a cold wallet - thanks to this subreddit for the advice), I want to learn more about what I can do with it!

I’ve read several posts here and online articles about how things like liquidity pools, yield farming, stable coins, impermanent loss, etc work. However, with the amount of projects out there, it’s tough to know what to try first. I feel like I should start with stable coin pairs and get used to the concept.

Bonus points if you have multiple options of varying complexity or risk! Excited to stir up some discussion on this!

So,how do you use your coins? Maybe it’s something really cool that I don’t even know about.
