if that was your reasoning for buying crypto then your probably in the growing pool of panic sellers who have liquidated their positions in the last few days because you didn't buy because you believe in blockchain technology, the future of commerce, or ending the central banks monopoly on money...all you wanted was to make empty fiat gains. Of course we all want to make money but if you believe in the technology and know that it is the only way forward to end the strangle hold the central banks have on monetary policy then your far less likely to panic sell during times like this.

My recommendation to those of you just in it for the money is to learn about the tech so you can see its potential and then you will be better off mentally during troubling times like this and will have a stronger resolve to HODL!

I also think this has been a wake up call that perhaps the very rapid adoption by crypto novices recently is not necessarily a good thing as the newest investors into crypto seem to be the first to sell at the initial sign of trouble and or take up highly leveraged positions that get liquidated and create the cascading sell offs we've seen recently.
