Is it me or is the bear market more relaxed and easier to navigate than the bull market?

Bear market

At the start of the bear market I experienced a range of negative emotions, as I saw the value of my portfolio drop. I was worried and scared and wondered whether I should sell or not. This is what I see a lot here too. Even now, people are freaking out over a small dump, despite the fact that we are up about 70% since the start of the year and are at prices we saw one month ago.

But now, with a bit more experience, I feel the bear market is actually pretty relaxed and simple to navigate. There's no need for me to sell because the prices are still rather low and I believe that with time we will see new all time highs again.

Under those assumptions, all I have to do is:

1. Slowly invest in solid crypto projects during the bear
2. Wait

Its unclear how long I have to wait, because the bear could last longer, so patience is the only thing that is required. But I am confident that the prices will go up with time. Even during the bear, we are seeing so much crypto adoption.

Bull market

The real struggle will come when the bull market is here and positive emotions are soaring. Positive emotions are soaring and everything happens so fast. Should I take profit or not? When should I take profit? Throughout the whole move up, there's always so many moments where we feel that the "Top is in", see picture below. I suppose I'll take some off with every "top is in" moment.
