50th episode. Still can't believe how much effort did I put in my posts, how many hours did I DYOR, how much support I received from you... Thanks for everything. Today, as 50th episode of this series, I wanna share with you how I made everything possible. If you are interested to the previous posts of this series, check it out here: Algorand (ALGO) Avalanche (AVAX) Axie Infinity (AXS) Basic Attention Token (BAT) Binance Coin (BNB) Binance USD (BUSD) Bitcoin (BTC) Bitcoin Cash (BCH) Cardano (ADA) Chainlink (LINK) Chiliz (CHZ) Cosmos (ATOM) Crypto.com Coin (CRO) Decentraland (MANA) Dogecoin (DOGE) Elrond (EGLD) Enjin Coin (ENJ) Eos (EOS) Ethereum (ETH) Ethereum Classic (ETC) Ergo (ERG) Fantom (FTM) Harmony (ONE) Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR) Helium (HNT) Internet Computer (ICP) Iota (IOTA) Litecoin (LTC) Loopring (LRC) Monero (XMR) MultiVAC (MTV) Nano (NANO) Nervos Network (CKB) Pancake Swap (CAKE) Polkadot (DOT) Polygon (MATIC) Sandbox (SAND) Solana (SOL) Stellar Lumens (XLM) Terra (LUNA) Tether (USDT) Tezos (XTZ) Theta (THETA) Tron (TRX) Uniswap (UNI) USD Coin (USDC) VeChain (VET) Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) XRP (XRP) Social Networks Reddit: I can't put the king of social networks, where the first references about Bitcoin were posted between 2009-2010: You can search the official subreddit of your coin and partecipate in discussions, analyze chart patterns, read the official "beginner guide" (if there is one) and more. But pay attention: on Reddit everything can give advices, good and bad ones. So don't listen to everyone and remember: the money invested is yours, so if they are wrong... the lost money is ONLY yours. Oh, last point about Reddit: plenty of scammers, so don't click on a link if you don't know who shared and don't answer to almost every dm Twitter: Another useful social network, if you wanna receive updates about the crypto markets and the latest moves. There are a lot of informed people on Twitter but, same as Reddit, if someone share chart patterns and complex crypto data DOESN'T MEAN HE IS A CRYPTO GOD. I personally think that Twitter is a bit worse than Reddit but, choice is yours Youtube: Personally, I never use it to dyor because of the lack of educational content (Coin bureau excluded). Sometimes I watch Benjamin Cowens videos because they aren't about price predictions, bullish news or similar, but chart patterns and technical analysis. Instagram and Tik Tok: very useful social networks to DYOR about crypto... wait, WHY ARE YOU STILL READING??? Don't even think about using Instagram and Tik Tok for crypto research. 99% of "crypto infuencers" are paid to shill useless memecoins about to rugpull. Exchanges Coinbase Earn: a very famous feature of Coinbase. It allows you to earn small sums of crypto (between 3 and 5 dollars) just by watching some educational videos (about a certain crypto) and taking a very eary quiz. I love the idea to earn while learning and I'd surely recommend it to everyone Binance Academy: Like Coinbase, Binance has a section with many analysis and summaries about certain cryptos. It's not a earn-to-learn section (like Coinbase) but there are great "beginner friendly" articles. Kraken: Very similar to Binance, its section contains short summaries about the most known (and not) coins. It has also an article about Reddit Community Points and moons, if you wanna dyor about it :) I intentionally didn't include the whitepaper of a coin because for the majority of the beginners it's too hard to understand as it includes a lot of technical data. But for experts and OGs, it's surely a valide source of informations What are the most important parts of a research? I'm gonna summarize everything in a pointed list to make it easy to read/understand Check if it has a site. If it doesn't, red flag???? Read the development plan (or roadmap). If it doesn't, red flag???? DYOR about the founders. Who are they (and sometimes: do they exist?) Does it have use cases? If it doesn't, ???? Check the blockchain explorer and focus on the distribution, tokenomics, transactions, check if it's decentralized... Does it have partnerships? Is there a staking mechanism or is it transactional? I hope you all to succeed in crypto submitted by /u/madpanda94 [link] [comments]
