Moons MainNet - explain it to me please

I've been going through old posts trying to understand the implications of Moons going to MainNet but am having a hard time finding the information I am looking for. Assuming there are some moon fans in this sub...I bet there are some geniuses that can get me up to speed on what the implications are and why everyone seems to be so excited about this upcoming event. Is there any recent updates? As far as I understand, this just means that once the coin is on MainNet, it can thus afterward be listed on exchanges and can be more easily traded. Is this a correct understanding on why such excitement exists concerning this event? When Moons are listed, will it start off with a "Tier 1" listing i.e. top 10 exchange or are we looking at a TradeOgre type exchange to start? submitted by /u/deedopete [link] [comments]
