My 91 y/o abuela brought up cryptocurrency.

In a recent conversation with my sweet abuela, she brought up the topic of money and how expensive things are getting. Then, out of nowhere, she says: (translated) "I don't know how this crypto stuff works but it seems like a good idea." This part blew my fucking mind. She goes; "It makes sense. These governments can't print more bitcoin." I started smiling like a lunatic and said: "What do you mean you don't know how it works, you understand why it's worth what it is..?" She meant like the technology part, as it might be obvious being her age. I tried y'all, I tried. But even explaining P2P functionality to someone who struggles with the TV remote just ain't happening. That night I bought the dip in love of my abuela.
