Now even Bitwise is considering to sue the SEC for their ETF rejection, they are really having some bad times right now.

After just a few days ago the Grayscale BTC Spot ETF proposal was rejected and Grayscale immediately filed in a lawsuit against the SEC, now Bitwise whose ETF proposal was also rejected from the SEC lately is also thinking about suing the SEC as it has been a very wrong decision according to them.

At least Grayscale is currently a good candidate to win the lawsuit as there clearly is no reason available for the SEC to not accept the ETF and their argument for "protecting investors" is just mit acceptable as many other high-profile countries have it too even their neighbor, Canada.

With the continuous pressure building up on the SEC and then being in a very bad situation already due to the Riplle lawsuit the may soon have to either get punished in court and change their opinions.
