[Satire] Gary Gensler breaks silence on rumors he's been fired saying - "Get wrecked Crypto Bros, Daddy Gensler isn't going anywhere", in Emoji filled Tweet.

Over the weekend, a rumor that the SEC chair was being forced to resign took the internet by storm. Without any verifiable source or credible link the rumor spread like wildfire.

In a surprising turn of events Gary Gensler used Twitter to break his silence on the rumors, referring to himself in the third person and saying "Daddy Gensler isn't going anywhere". He also stated he was the one responsible for the rumors.

In what can only be assumed is an attempt to mock crypto bros and the SEC enforcement on Emojis. Gary Gensler added laughing emojis, fire emojis, and a fire truck emoji - apparently suggesting it was hilarious how bad Crypto Bros got burned and they would need a fire truck to recover from such a sick burn (I think that's what he meant).

So there we have it, the fake rumor, attributed to an Onion article that never existed; has taken another surprising twist. It looks like Daddy Gensler isn't going anywhere and the rumor, was in fact spread by Gary himself.
