Stuck USDT in MetaMask, ERC-20 Fees are Brutal - Any Solutions?

Hello, I received 100 USDT in my MetaMask a few days ago(was selected as winner on AMA here), but it’s stuck on the ERC-20 network because it requires ETH as a gas fee to transfer to a CEX. Normally i am surprise that I needed $15 worth of ETH just to move it to Binance

I thought, okay, I’ll just send some ETH to MetaMask to get my USDT out. But on, every exchange I checked charges like $10 just to withdraw ETH on that ERC-20 chain. So basically, I’m looking at spending $25-30 just to get this USDT where I want it. I mean, is it normal?

Anyway, that's my dilemma. Is there any way to get some ETH into MetaMask for cheap? Maybe an exchange with lower fees for ERC-20 withdrawals, or some other sneaky trick I don't know about? Any advice would be a lifesaver! Thanks
