Teach your family how to access your crypto in case the worst happens.

I'm pretty new to investing in Crypto but I'm not letting my crypto get lost.

One of the biggest things I've learnt from reading horror stories over the last couple of years has been big whales or whoever forgetting/losing their seed phrase or someone passing away and an ungodly amount of crypto being lost forever.

My biggest advice is to get your family to understand how to retrieve your crypto if you go missing/pass away or hell you get put into a coma and you need to recover it all yourself 10 years later.

Protect your assets and have a plan but most importantly... Practice that plan in case the worst happens. I just set up a cold wallet for the first time and gave my wife a few instructions to create a CEX account and transfer $20 out to practice and despite her knowing nothing about CEX's or Crypto it was a great success.
