The entire regulation is going to be voted on later today, but it will probably go through.

Votes where so close:

Compromise D: 58 yes | 52 no | 7 abstentions

Compromise E: 62|51|5

Personally I feel really disappointing about this. They know shit about what are they voting for and they are allowed to vote it.

I really think that before voting anything all of them must pass an exam.

This is not definitive and it has to pass other processes where things can be fixed but definitely we must have to make ourselves listen to make changes. If we stay silent we are screwed.
