Used pancake swap a year ago and just discovered a metric ton of airdrops when I looked at Etherscan today

Checked my Trust wallet multichain address and discovered 6 plus chains all having a range of air drops and tokens added that need to be claimed by visiting “IpROmiSeNoTToDRaiNYouRWalLeT DEX” (not all the same addresses but this just about covers them all). Do I just ignore these. Anyone else have this issue? I’ve stopped using that wallet and transferred everything out of it but it freaked me out that these were just sat there for over a year and I had no idea about them as they didn’t show in my wallet until I checked Etherscan. Any advice welcome.
