What is your favorite crypto exchange and why???

Hello everyone,
I am trying to figure out what is the best exchange on the crypto market right now. I would like to know, what is your favorite crypto exchange and why? Why did you choose it, what advantages does it have for you compared to other exchanges? Is it possible to use one exchange for all crypto operations or do you prefer to use several of them, each for different things like trading, staking, spot, and other things? If you had to choose just one exchange, which one would it be and why would you choose it?
