When do you decide that a dip, is a dip?

Everyone here in the comments is screaming 'buy the dip, buy the dip' including myself. I would like to know from how much -% you guys see a dip or more generally, when do you see it as a dip? For myself, a dip is from a - 7% and then I usually buy a small bag and DCA on. Now I am very curious to your answers and / or what factors (like fear and greed) you have to define a dip. it is also important that the whole market is red and not 1 specific coin because then it is 9/10 something negative with the coin and not a dip thanks to the whole market.
