When is mass adoption coming?

Lately there has been a lot of debate about all things connected to mass adoption. We hear the term “metaverse” being thrown around. Blockchains are partnering with companies. Talk about LRC and GME. ETH and Visa talks a while back. Not to forget BTC being adopted as legal tender in El Salvador with other countries considering to do the same. All of that is great. Steps in the right direction. However, I like to compare the state of crypto to electric cars. Electric cars are slowly getting traction. With many automobile brands now manufacturing hybrid or electric vehicles. We can all image a world where an electric car will be the norm. But we are not that close yet, these things. Mass adoption - take time. Car batteries are still in infancy. We are still developing batteries with better capacities. Batteries that are easier to recycle. We are simply not there yet. I think crypto is quite similar.
