Loopring (LRC) is working with Ethereum Foundation and Vitalik's latest thoughts

Last week, an old video of Ethereum's Cofounder, Vitalik Buterin, talking about Loopring and ZkRollups became a topic in this subreddit and received a lot of comments saying that it was an old video and was only used for shilling. In the Ethereum subreddit two days ago, someone asked about Loopring whether or not it is going to help Ethereum or just a purely speculative asset. Vitalik himself replied to a comment that says he only talked about it before it was the only live rollup before.
